Yes. The first visit to your property in Fort Lauderdale or Broward County and the written estimate are free and with no obligation.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?

It depends on size, the condition of the plumbing and electrical, and the materials you choose. That's why we don't throw out numbers: we come, we measure, and we give you a real figure in writing. What we can tell you on the first call is the range a project like yours usually falls into.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. We coordinate the drawings with licensed professionals and pull permits and inspections with the corresponding city. It's part of the service.

How long does a project take?

A bathroom usually takes three to five weeks and a kitchen five to eight, as long as materials arrive on time. A whole-home remodel or an addition depends heavily on permitting. Your estimate includes a schedule with dates.

Do you work with investors and flip projects?

Yes, and it's one of the things we do best. Because we're also a Realtor, we can tell you whether the numbers work before you buy, and scope the work around what actually raises value.

Can I follow progress if I don't live in Florida?

Yes. Many of our clients are out-of-state investors. We send photos and progress reports by email or text, as often as we agree.

Do you speak Spanish?
