Yes. We coordinate the drawings with licensed professionals and pull permits and inspections with the corresponding city. It's part of the service.
A bathroom usually takes three to five weeks and a kitchen five to eight, as long as materials arrive on time. A whole-home remodel or an addition depends heavily on permitting. Your estimate includes a schedule with dates.
