From looking at houses to building them
Domus 360 Projects began with something that happens constantly in South Florida: people buy a property full of excitement and find out later the numbers never worked. On the other side, owners spend on a remodel that looks lovely but fixes none of what actually bothered them about the house.
Working real estate and construction at the same time taught us to look at a property both ways: what it needs to function, and what it needs to be worth more. Those are almost never the same thing — and that's where we can genuinely help.
Today we work with families who want to live better in the home they already have, and with investors who need the math to close. In both cases the commitment is the same: we tell you how it is, we give you a number in writing, and we stand behind the work.
